4 Minuten (iPhone & Apple Watch) · Stand: Oktober 2026
4 Minuten erhebt keine personenbezogenen Daten.
Keine Dritten, kein Tracking
Deine Daten in Apple Health bleiben davon unberührt.

4 Minutes (iPhone & Apple Watch) · Last updated: October 2026
4 Minutes collects no personal data. Everything is processed on your device and stays there. There is no server, no account, no advertising and no analytics.
What data does the app read?
Only with your permission, the app reads on your iPhone or Apple Watch:
- Motion & Fitness (Core Motion): steps and floors climbed, to detect short, brisk bursts of movement.
- Apple Health (read only): heart rate, VO2 max, date of birth and biological sex – for detection with Apple Watch and to estimate your fitness age.
The app never writes to Apple Health. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings or the Health app.
What is stored, and where?
The app stores data only locally on your device: daily summaries (detected minutes and bursts), the birth year and sex you entered during onboarding, and app settings. The Apple Watch app analyses the watch's data on the watch itself.
We have no access to this data. It is never transmitted to us or to any third party. If you use iCloud Backup for your iPhone, local app data may – as with any app – be part of your personal backup managed by Apple. Health data in Apple Health is managed by Apple alone.
Notifications
If you allow notifications, the app schedules local notifications on your device (for example "Burst detected" or a nudge after sitting for a long time). Nothing is sent to a server. You can turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings.
No third parties, no tracking
The app contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs and no tracking. There are no accounts and no sign-in. Apple may give us, as the developer, aggregated anonymous statistics through App Store Connect (such as download counts) if you opted in to sharing in your iOS settings.
Deletion
Deleting the app removes all data it stored from your device. Your data in Apple Health is not affected.
