How does a session work?

Each session lasts 60 seconds and guides you through a breathing pattern — inhale, hold, exhale. The animation and gentle cues tell you exactly what to do. Just follow along.

How many sessions should I do per day?

Even one session makes a difference. Many people find 2–3 sessions throughout the day — morning, after lunch, before bed — most effective. There is no limit.

Does Lull connect to Apple Health?

Yes. With your permission, Lull logs mindfulness minutes to Apple Health after each completed session.

How do I set up reminders?

Open Settings in the app and enable notifications. You can choose the times that work best for you.

What does the widget show?

The home screen widget shows your session streak and a one-tap shortcut to start a session right from your home screen.

Is my data stored anywhere?

All data stays on your device. Lull does not use any servers, accounts, or external analytics.
