Even one session makes a difference. Many people find 2–3 sessions throughout the day — morning, after lunch, before bed — most effective. There is no limit.
Yes. With your permission, Lull logs mindfulness minutes to Apple Health after each completed session.
Open Settings in the app and enable notifications. You can choose the times that work best for you.
