Features
The traditional approach starts with 3 repetitions of each rite and increases by 2 each week. The app manages this automatically — you'll reach 21 reps (the traditional maximum) in 10 weeks.
At 3 reps it takes about 5 minutes. At 21 reps, around 12–15 minutes. Most people find the morning the best time, before breakfast.
Yes. Go to Progress → Custom Repetitions and set any value between 3 and 21. This overrides the weekly schedule.
After your first session the app will ask if you'd like one. You can also set it any time in Progress → Daily Reminder.
Each rite is illustrated by a smooth animated stick figure demonstrating the movement — so you always know what the exercise looks like without needing to watch a video.
