Rite 1
The Whirling

Spin clockwise with arms extended to activate your energy centres and restore balance.

Rite 2
The Rising

Lying flat, raise your legs and head simultaneously to strengthen the core and stimulate circulation.

Rite 3
The Kneeling Backbend

From kneeling, arch back to open the chest, throat and spine.

Rite 4
The Tabletop

Seated, press up into a bridge to energise the entire posterior chain.

Rite 5
The Balance

Flow between downward dog and upward dog to energise the body from hands to feet.

How many reps should I start with?

The traditional approach starts with 3 repetitions of each rite and increases by 2 each week. The app manages this automatically — you'll reach 21 reps (the traditional maximum) in 10 weeks.

How long does a session take?

At 3 reps it takes about 5 minutes. At 21 reps, around 12–15 minutes. Most people find the morning the best time, before breakfast.

Can I override the automatic rep count?

Yes. Go to Progress → Custom Repetitions and set any value between 3 and 21. This overrides the weekly schedule.

How do I set a daily reminder?

After your first session the app will ask if you'd like one. You can also set it any time in Progress → Daily Reminder.

What are the animations?

Each rite is illustrated by a smooth animated stick figure demonstrating the movement — so you always know what the exercise looks like without needing to watch a video.

Is my data stored anywhere?

All data stays on your device. No account, no cloud, no tracking.
